Welcome Package

Are you a new member at Simpson Fitness? Are you interested in personal training or group sessions? We have you covered! Our welcome package pairs you up with Coach Mike for five

one-on-one sessions to help you get on the right path with your fitness journey before committing to a bigger package! This is also a great way to learn the proper form for various exercises to ensure safety and success in group sessions.

Individual Personal Training Sessions

In our Semi-Private Training sessions, you’ll experience the perfect balance of personalized coaching and group motivation. With a small group of self-selected individuals, you’ll get the guidance of an expert trainer, but without the overcrowded feel of a large class and with the comfort of people you know. It’s the ideal way to stay focused on your fitness goals while enjoying the support, accountability and camaraderie of others.​
