Mike Simpson is a fitness trainer and the visionary founder of Simpson Fitness who is committed to providing personalized programs, individual & small group training, and a range of recreational programs to encourage others to get active and foster new relationships. Mike specializes in strength training, weight-loss, muscle building, mobility, rehabilitation & injury prevention, teaching the fundamentals, and confidence building. Our story is one of determination, empowerment, and inclusivity. Mike strives to make a difference in the lives of his members, supporting them on their unique fitness journeys.
